Joined as employee 9 and helped scale the team to over 80 people (across US, Germany and Asia). Started as VP of Hardware, developing a complex robotics system and launch of Origin within a compressed timescale. Built out the product development teams, operations and supply chain networks. Took on overall engineering and subsequently a COO role, responsible for the following functions:

- Hardware engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Firmware)
- Software engineering (Web, CV, Embedded systems, QA)
- Program Management
- Manufacturing Operations
- Logistics
- Repair/Service.

Helped grow the company from pre-revenue to sizable annual revenue. Shaper was acquired by TTS (Tooltechnic Systems) in 2018, but continues to operate as its own P&L.
